Ages 6–15 months
Roll Back to Float
For younger babies, instruction focuses on learning to roll onto the back, float, rest and breathe.
Infants must be at least 6 months old and able to sit unassisted for at least one minute.
What to expect
- Beginning: building trust and practicing supported back-floating and breathing.
- As lessons continue: reinforcing balance, head position and rolling toward a float.
- With practice: developing a more independent back-float and roll-to-float sequence.
The pace of each lesson is individualized.
